Terms and Conditions
- Standard Prices quoted are for hire of the car for up to 4 hours, longer times can be quoted in advance if required. If the time that the car is required on the day runs beyond the 4 hours then an additional fee may be charged at the discretion of the management.
- A £50 booking deposit is required to reserve the car. This must be paid via paypal to complete your booking. The balance outstanding on the booking must be paid no later than 30 days before the vehicle is required. If for any reason we are unable to accept your booking then the deposit will of course be refunded in full, but otherwise this deposit should be considered to be non refundable.
- If the vehicle is booked at short notice i.e. within 4 weeks of the date required, the full amount of the hire charge will be due at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org & an acknowlegement of cancellation should be received and retained by the customer. the deposit is non refundable & the full outstanding amount will still be payable on cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
- Whilst we will make every effort to always arrive punctually at the required addresses and venues, we cannot be held responsible for any delays which are beyond our control or for any impact such a delay may have on other bookings and arrangements made for that day.
- A strict no smoking policy applies whilst in or around the vehicle.
